FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is the turnaround time when placing my order to when I actually receive it?
A: Generally, we say about 3 to 4 weeks. We need time for your check to clear, as soon as it clears, we commence making your cards by hand.

Q: Why does it take so long?
A: At present, all cards are hand-constructed and hand-signed by the artist, so this takes time.

Q: Can I order free samples or just one card of each style?
A: No.

Q: No shipping or handling charges...is that for real?
A: Yes, as long as your order is being shipped to an address in the continental United States.

Q: Do you accept credit card payments, paypal or propay?
A: Not at this time, but we plan to in the future. We presently accept only business checks, personal checks, certified bank check, and money orders.

Q: If I change my mind after I have mailed in my order, can you redo the order?
A: You should be sure what styles you want when you mail your order to us.
If you want other cards, you will need mail us a another order form along with full payment.

Q: Can I phone your company about an order or can I fax my order?
A: At present, we are just filling orders via snail-mail. If you have any questions you can email us at info (at) moussette (dot) com, and we will answer your questions as soon as we can, probably within 24 hours.

Q: Does Moussette accept any idea submissions from artists, photographers, or writers?
A: No. Please do not send anything.

Q: Why is the company called Moussette?
A: "Moussette" is the name of a beloved, pet turtle.
